Document Required For Singapore E-Visa

• Passport must be valid for at least 3 Months longer than the intended stay. The passport must also have at least 2 Blank Pages and should be along with all old passports.
• 1 Visa application Form and Undertaking Form to be filled and duly signed by the Applicant. (We can fill on applicant’s behalf)
• Applicant mobile number and Email id.
• 2 recent Photograph in matte finish should be latest with 80% face coverage and white background without specs and non-smiling face (3.5mm x 4.5mm).
• Photocopy of Previous Singapore Visa, If any
• Covering letter address to The Visa Officer, Singapore High commission with mentioning all travel details and applicant details. (if self-employed cover letter should be on company’s letter head) – We can provide the format
• If minor is accompanied by one parent/travelling alone shall provide a NOC from other/both parents with their passport copy. (We can provide the format)
• Air ticket (We can provide)
• Hotel booking (We can provide)

  • 6 months financial statement.

  • Salary slips of last 3 months.

  If self employed

  • Personal financial statement of last 6 months
  • Visiting card
  
  

  If Retired

  • Proof of retirement, pension statements for the last three months; - proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business.

  • Leave letter or holiday list copy from school/University (We can provide the format)
  • School/University id copy
